使用jdbc的时候遇到一个异常：

配置的连接地址为：

jdbc:mysql://localhost:3306/news?useUnicode=true&characterEncoding=UTF-8

异常信息：

解决方案方法是在地址后面添加一系列参数：

jdbc:mysql://localhost:3306/news?useUnicode=true&characterEncoding=UTF-8&useJDBCCompliantTimezoneShift=true&useLegacyDatetimeCode=false&serverTimezone=UTC

问题即可解决。
